Before You Apply:
Here's What You Need to Know

Please review the requirements and commitments below before starting your application. All approved dealers must meet these conditions to activate their account.

Mandatory Display Set Purchase

          All approved dealers are required to purchase a minimum of one (1) display set of 4 matching wheels at the Standard authorized wholesale price before your dealer portal account is activated.

          This purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable except as covered under the Wheel World Unlimited product warranty for manufacturing defects.

100% Upfront Payment

All wholesale orders, including your initial display set, require payment in full before shipment. Wheel World Unlimited does not offer net terms, lines of credit, or payment plans to any dealer under any circumstances.

Minimum Order Requirements

Dealer orders are subject to minimum order quantities that vary by wheel size. Full MOQ details are provided at onboarding. Individual wheel orders are not available through the dealer program.

Dealer Agreement Required

Upon approval, a formal Authorized Dealer Agreement will be sent for signature via DocuSign. Your account will not be activated until the agreement is signed, your display set is purchased, and all required documents are on file.

Activity Requirements

Dealers must place at least one qualifying order per month to maintain active status. Accounts with no orders for 90 consecutive days will lose authorized dealer status and their territory slot may be reassigned.

What You Get

Approved dealers receive access to Standard wholesale pricing (20% off retail), the dealer portal, wholesale catalog, and dealer resources. Dealers who reach $8,000 in wholesale purchases within any 60-day period are automatically upgraded to Premier status (25% off retail).

Why forged wheels only? The Wheel World Unlimited dealer program is built around our proprietary forged wheel line. Your display set investment demonstrates commitment to the brand and ensures you have the product knowledge to represent it correctly. Cast wheels are available to active dealers as a supplemental line after account activation.

Review & Sign

1. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipment. Wheel World Unlimited does not offer net terms, lines of credit, or deferred payment arrangements. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon account approval.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

Dealer orders are subject to minimum order quantities that vary by wheel size. Full MOQ details are provided at onboarding. Individual wheel orders are not available through the dealer program.

3. Display Set Requirement

As a condition of initial dealer account activation, all approved dealers must purchase a minimum of one (1) display set consisting of four (4) matching wheels at the Standard authorized wholesale price. This purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable except as provided under the product warranty.

4. Pricing & Wholesale Rates

Approved dealers receive access to wholesale pricing through the dealer portal. Standard Dealers receive 20% off retail pricing. Dealers who reach $8,000 or more in wholesale purchases within any 60-day period are automatically upgraded to Premier Dealer status at 25% off retail. Premier status is reviewed on a rolling basis; if a dealer's wholesale purchases fall below $8,000 over a trailing 60-day period, the account returns to Standard pricing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Resale & Territory

Dealers may resell Wheel World Unlimited products through their authorized channels. Dealers may not resell to other wholesalers or unauthorized resellers without prior written approval.

6. Warranty

All wheels carry the standard Wheel World Unlimited limited warranty. Dealers are responsible for communicating warranty terms to their end customers. Warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized dealer portal.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to Wheel World Unlimited's current Returns & Exchanges policy. Dealers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.

8. Dealer Agreement

Upon approval of this application, a formal Dealer Agreement will be sent for signature. The dealer account will not be activated until the agreement is signed, the display set purchase is completed, and all required documents are on file. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval.

9. Compliance

Dealers agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the resale of automotive products. Dealers are solely responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes.
