Understand the coverage periods, eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations, and documents needed to submit a warranty claim.

To the fullest extent recognized by applicable law, Wheel World Unlimited issues this limited warranty to define the purchaser’s rights and limit Wheel World Unlimited’s liability regarding warranty claims.

Coverage periods

What the warranty covers

Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date and applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

Structural Integrity

Coverage against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.

1 year

Painted & Powder Coated

Coverage against qualifying peeling, lifting, or bubbling of the finish.

2 years

Chrome & PVD

Coverage against qualifying peeling, lifting, or bubbling of the finish.

1 year

Matte & Satin

Coverage applies only when no gloss-enhancing products, polishes, or sealants are used.

Polished aluminum: Polished aluminum wheels that have not been clear coated are not covered under warranty. They naturally oxidize and require regular customer maintenance to preserve their appearance.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a warranty claim, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The wheel was purchased directly from Wheel World Unlimited or an authorized dealer
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The wheel was installed by a certified professional using correct hardware and torque specifications
  • The wheel remains in its original, unmodified condition
  • The wheel has been used only with hardware, accessories, and adapters supplied or approved in writing by Wheel World Unlimited

Use of any accessory or adapter not approved by Wheel World Unlimited voids this warranty.

Not covered

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover, and claims will be denied for:

  • Damage caused by road hazards, including potholes, curbs, debris, or accidents
  • Improper installation or use of incorrect hardware
  • Modifications made after purchase, including painting, powder coating, drilling, or other alteration
  • Racing, off-road use, or use beyond the wheel’s rated load and speed specifications
  • Neglect, improper maintenance, or harsh chemicals
  • Surface rust, oxidation, or corrosion resulting from improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect structural integrity

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wheel World Unlimited be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to vehicles, tires, or other property arising from the use or failure of any wheel.

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Transfer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original retail purchaser only. It expires immediately upon resale, transfer of title, or any modification to the wheel after purchase.

Warranty assistance

Filing a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact Wheel World Unlimited and provide:

  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Documentation of professional installation
  • Clear photographs of the defect

Approved claims will be resolved by repair or replacement at Wheel World Unlimited’s sole discretion. Repair or replacement does not include towing, removal, shipping, installation, or reinstallation costs.

If inspection determines that the returned wheel is ineligible, it will be returned at the sender’s expense without repair or replacement. Wheel World Unlimited may deny any claim that does not meet all stated conditions.
