Before placing an order at WheelWorldUnlimited.com, please make sure you order the right tire/wheels for your vehicle. Should you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason, the following conditions will apply:

To return an order, please call 678-313-3374 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAM). Returns will not be accepted with a RAM within 30 days of receiving merchandise.

The customer is liable for all shipping cost when returning or exchanging an item, unless the product has been damaged during shipping.

Order Cancellations:

All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Non-Defective Returns and Exchanges:

Used or mounted items are ineligible for return.

Merchandise and accessories must be properly packaged and returned in the same condition as received. All returns are carefully inspected to verify new condition. Tires or wheels showing any extent of wear or damage from automotive use or improper installation will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Unused merchandise return for refund will be charge a $100 handling and restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred.

• Tires may not be returned or exchanged once mounted on a wheel.

• Wheels may not be returned or exchanged once tires have been mounted on them.

• Wheels returned for a refund or refused upon delivery are subject to a $100 restocking fee.

Warranties

Tires sold by WheelWorldUnlimited.com are warranted by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer warranty.
