A shipping fee is charged based on
the shipping method you select from the checkout process. At
checkout, the order handling charges are automatically
calculated. When your order is shipped, you will receive an
email with the tracking number. This way, you can check delivery
status! Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order.
Actual shipping time is usually 2 to 5 business days. If not,
you can pick up orders at office location.
Please note that we can not guaranty that your order will arrive
at a specific time or will be delivered on schedule by shipping
services used by us.
The effective date of this policy is November 1, 2009.
