1. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipment. Wheel World Unlimited does not offer net terms, lines of credit, or deferred payment arrangements. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon account approval.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

Dealers are required to purchase wheels in sets of four (4). Individual wheel orders are not available through the dealer program.

3. Pricing & Wholesale Rates

Approved dealers receive access to wholesale pricing through the dealer portal. Prices are subject to change. Wheel World Unlimited reserves the right to update pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Resale & Territory

Dealers may resell Wheel World Unlimited products through their authorized channels. Dealers may not resell to other wholesalers or unauthorized resellers without prior written approval.

5. Warranty

All wheels carry the standard Wheel World Unlimited limited warranty. Dealers are responsible for communicating warranty terms to their end customers. Warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized dealer portal.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to Wheel World Unlimited's current Returns & Exchanges policy. Dealers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.

7. Dealer Agreement

Upon approval of this application, a formal Dealer Agreement will be sent for signature. The dealer account will not be activated until the agreement is signed and returned. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval.

8. Compliance

Dealers agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the resale of automotive products. Dealers are solely responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes.
