This California Consumer Privacy Act notice (“CCPA Notice”) supplements the Wheel World Unlimited Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and customers who reside in the State of California (“California consumers” or “you”). This notice provides additional disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and other applicable California state privacy laws. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this notice have the meanings given to them in the CCPA.

Wheel World Unlimited does not sell personal information for money. We may, however, share personal information with advertising partners to deliver targeted advertisements, which may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under the CCPA. If you would like to opt out of this sharing, please follow the instructions in the “Your CCPA Rights” section below.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of California consumers under the age of 16.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, provide a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you will receive a different price or level of service because you exercised your rights.
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the information to another entity without hindrance.

Only you or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. We will need to verify your identity before responding to your request. Verification may include matching information you provide with information we have on file. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to respond to your request.
If you did not register for an account, sign up for marketing, or purchase a product from us, we may not have enough information to verify your request. In that case, we will be unable to honor it.
You may make a verifiable consumer request for information no more than twice within a 12-month period.

We will confirm receipt of your verifiable consumer request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time, we may extend the response period by another 45 calendar days, with notice to you of the extension.
Wheel World Unlimited does not currently offer any financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the collection, sale, or retention of personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California consumers to request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information that Wheel World Unlimited has shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We may update this CCPA Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
