Important: Wheel World Unlimited does not ship to residential addresses. All orders must be shipped to a commercial address such as a FedEx or UPS pickup location, an authorized dealer, a mechanical or installation shop, or a verified commercial business. Orders submitted with a residential shipping address will be held until a valid commercial address is provided.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Wheel World Unlimited reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept, decline, or limit the order in whole or in part for any reason, including but not limited to inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unverifiable shipping addresses, or non-compliance with this Shipping Policy. If an order is declined or cancelled by Wheel World Unlimited after payment, the original payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Wheel World Unlimited ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available on a case by case basis. For international orders, contact info@wheelworldunlimited.com prior to placing your order.
To ensure secure delivery and protect your investment, all orders must be shipped to one of the following:
Residential addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and unverifiable addresses are not eligible for shipment. Orders submitted with these address types will be placed on hold until a valid commercial address is provided. Orders held longer than 7 business days without a valid address may be cancelled at our discretion, with the original payment refunded less any applicable processing fees.
At checkout, customers can use our FedEx Location Finder to enter their ZIP code and select a nearby FedEx pickup location. Customers may also enter the address of an authorized dealer or mechanical shop where they have arranged for delivery. Wheel World Unlimited recommends confirming with your selected dealer or shop in advance that they will accept the delivery on your behalf.
Standard shipping transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Transit times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be longer. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Any delivery dates provided by Wheel World Unlimited are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wheel World Unlimited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, address verification, or any other circumstances outside our control. Delays in shipping or delivery do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Wheel World Unlimited reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. If one or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock or backordered, available items may be shipped first and remaining items shipped separately when available, at no additional shipping cost to you. Each shipment will include its own tracking information.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Wheel World Unlimited has shipped the wrong product.
Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer at the time the products are tendered to the carrier at our shipping facility. Once a shipment leaves our facility, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment. Damaged or lost shipment claims must be filed with Wheel World Unlimited or directly with the carrier in accordance with the procedures below.
The customer is solely responsible for payment of all sales taxes, use taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and other governmental charges arising from the purchase of products, except for taxes directly imposed on Wheel World Unlimited’s business activity. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time through the Track Order page on our website or directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact info@wheelworldunlimited.com.
When shipping to a FedEx or UPS pickup location, the carrier will hold your package at the selected location and notify you when it is ready for pickup. You will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order to retrieve your package.
When shipping to a dealer or installation shop, please coordinate directly with that business regarding their hours, pickup procedures, and any storage or handling fees they may charge. Wheel World Unlimited is not responsible for any agreements, fees, or arrangements between you and a third-party dealer or shop.
If your wheels arrive damaged, contact info@wheelworldunlimited.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photo evidence may be denied. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
If your shipment is lost in transit, contact info@wheelworldunlimited.com and we will work with the carrier to file a claim. Lost shipment claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Shipments that are refused at delivery, returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, or held unclaimed at a pickup location for longer than the carrier’s hold period will be returned to Wheel World Unlimited. The customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any applicable restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Address changes can only be made before an order ships. To request an address change, contact info@wheelworldunlimited.com immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed and the package must be redirected by the customer through the carrier’s website, which may incur additional fees.
