The following applies to merchandise purchased directly from Wheel World Unlimited within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final and items are only covered under our standard limited warranty. All returned items are subject to inspection.
Important: Once a wheel has been mounted on a vehicle, it is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, regardless of whether the vehicle was driven on. Inspect your wheels carefully before installation.
No return or exchange will be accepted without prior authorization. Customers must contact info@wheelworldunlimited.com before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused at the sender’s expense.
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
Failure to meet any of these conditions will void the return.
A restocking fee of up to $99 may apply to all wheel returns to cover return shipping, credit card transaction fees, and inspection costs. A restocking fee of up to $15 may apply to accessory returns. Wheel World Unlimited reserves the right to waive this fee at its discretion.
If a returned wheel is found to have signs of wear, cosmetic blemishes, missing parts, or damage of any kind upon inspection, the cost to recondition the item will be deducted from the refund due. If the wheel is deemed unsellable, the return will be denied and the wheel will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
If a wheel arrives damaged due to shipping, contact info@wheelworldunlimited.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photo evidence may be denied.
Wheel World Unlimited will not accept returns or exchanges on any product damaged by the customer. This includes damage from misuse, missing parts, customer tampering, or any condition that renders the product unsellable. Customer-caused damage also voids the standard limited warranty.
Only products purchased directly from Wheel World Unlimited are eligible for return or exchange. Products purchased from authorized dealers, third-party retailers, or any other vendor must be returned to the original point of purchase.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping, as Wheel World Unlimited is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Uninsured items damaged in shipping will void the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund consists of the invoice amount of the item, less any applicable restocking fee or reconditioning deductions. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
In the event the wrong item was shipped, Wheel World Unlimited will exchange the product for the item identified on the original order. The following conditions apply:
