Fitment is the customer’s responsibility. While Wheel World Unlimited strongly recommends that you select your vehicle’s year, make, model, and submodel to confirm proper fitment, you may also select wheels with non-standard fitment specifications at your own risk. By placing an order with non-standard fitment, you acknowledge that the wheels may require modifications such as fender trimming, lift kits, or other vehicle alterations to fit properly. Wheel World Unlimited is not responsible for any modifications, damage, or incompatibility resulting from non-standard fitment selections.
It is your responsibility to determine and use the correct lug nuts (ball seat or conical) for your wheels. Failure to use proper lug nuts may cause the wheel to loosen and detach from the vehicle, which can result in serious injury or death. Wheel World Unlimited is not responsible for any damage, injury, or death caused by improper lug nut selection or installation.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect specifications, or with incorrect availability, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been charged for an order that we cancel, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit any order in whole or in part for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, unverifiable information, or non-compliance with these Terms or any of our policies. Your order is not accepted until it ships.
If we cancel all or part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of any amount charged for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

All sales are paid in full at the time of order. Wheel World Unlimited does not extend credit terms to retail customers. Authorized dealers operate under a separate written dealer agreement.
You authorize Wheel World Unlimited to charge your designated payment method for the full amount due. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current. If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.
You are solely responsible for all sales taxes, use taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and governmental charges arising from your purchase, except those directly imposed on Wheel World Unlimited’s business activities.
We reserve the right to charge a late fee on any past-due balance owed to us, equivalent to the lesser of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate permitted by applicable law. You agree to pay all collection costs, attorneys’ fees, and court costs we incur in collecting any past-due amount.
All shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As stated in our Shipping Policy, Wheel World Unlimited does not ship to residential addresses. All shipments must be made to a commercial address such as a FedEx or UPS pickup location, an authorized dealer, a mechanical or installation shop, or a verified commercial business.
All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of those policies, including but not limited to the requirement that wheels mounted on a vehicle are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Authorized dealers are governed by a separate written dealer agreement and the terms of the Wheel World Unlimited Dealer Program. The retail terms set forth in this document apply to authorized dealers only to the extent they do not conflict with the dealer agreement. In the event of any conflict, the dealer agreement controls.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY, THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU AND WHEEL WORLD UNLIMITED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU FURTHER WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST WHEEL WORLD UNLIMITED.
