Dealer Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipment. Wheel World Unlimited does not offer net terms, lines of credit, or deferred payment arrangements. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon account approval.2. Minimum Order Requirements
Dealer orders are subject to minimum order quantities that vary by wheel size. Full MOQ details are provided at onboarding. Individual wheel orders are not available through the dealer program.3. Display Set Requirement
As a condition of initial dealer account activation, all approved dealers must purchase a minimum of one (1) display set consisting of four (4) matching forged wheels from the APEX-7, FUSION-10, or STRYKER-8 designs at the Standard authorized wholesale price. This purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable except as provided under the product warranty.4. Pricing & Wholesale Rates
Approved dealers receive access to Standard wholesale pricing at 20% off retail through the dealer portal. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.5. Resale & Territory
Dealers may resell Wheel World Unlimited products through their authorized channels. Dealers may not resell to other wholesalers or unauthorized resellers without prior written approval.6. Warranty
All wheels carry the standard Wheel World Unlimited limited warranty. Dealers are responsible for communicating warranty terms to their end customers. Warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized dealer portal.7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to Wheel World Unlimited's current Returns & Exchanges policy. Dealers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.8. Dealer Agreement
Upon approval of this application, a formal Dealer Agreement will be sent for signature. The dealer account will not be activated until the agreement is signed, the display set purchase is completed, and all required documents are on file. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval.9. Compliance
Dealers agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the resale of automotive products. Dealers are solely responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes.Application Submitted!
